Fan

CENTRIFUGAL BELT DRIVEN FAN:

Centrifugal fan is used to circulate the air to the various parts of the sections in the building. The typical types of fan available are Backward Inclined, Backward Curved, Forward Curved and Airfoil.

PLUG FAN:

The BNB series is a backward curved plenum fan.
The full range of BNB series is AMCA certified to Air, Sound and FEG.
Plenum fans are designed for air handling application where the fan wheel operates without a housing. It operates inside a plenum. This results in saving of space normally occupied by the fan housing, transition and diffusers. The fan wheel pressurizes the entire plenum in which the fan is installed. The allows air ducts to be directly connected from any direction of the plenum. The compact size of the plenum fan makes it an excellent selection for retrofit and replacement application and for variable air volume systems.

EC FAN:

Electronically Commutated (EC) means a fan which has a brushless, permanent magnet Dc motor with on board electronics available for controlling a fan rotor.
EC fans have the advantages of high efficiency and stability, and have a wider range of applications.

ZerAX EC+Fan

The concept builds on the idea of optimization of the components that have the greatest effect on the overall system efficiency. In this context, the most efficient technologies are prescribed in the form of PM motors, Danfoss VFDs and ZerAx® fans.

With motor and frequency drive efficiencies both reaching above 95%, the ZerAx® efficiency of 92% brings the overall system efficiency to 85%.

Filters

Filters are to remove particles and contaminants of various sizes from the air. The type of air filter being used will very much depend on the application of the system.

Panel Filters is a flat and rectangular in shape and provides a minimum low efficiency filtration which is acceptable to the air conditioning industry. The high velocity filter is arranged vertically whereas the low velocity filter is arranged in V shape. Typical air velocity that moves through the filters is in the range of 2-3 m/s.

HEPA Filters is very efficient and is able to achieve efficiencies up to 99.97%, removing minute particles and airborne bacteria from the air. It is usually used in clean room applications such as semiconductor production floor, operating theatres and critical processes.
